Birthday Party information | New Softplay in Birmingham

Playtime: Shared access to all play areas for the duration of your 2-hour party. Party guests enjoy free play alongside the public before heading to the private room.

Private Party Room: A decorated party room reserved for your group (small, medium, or large room depending on party size) for ~40 minutes to enjoy food, cake, and gifts.

Food & Drink: A kids’ buffet with crowd-pleasers (hot chicken nuggets, fries, and mini pizzas) plus a cold selection of fresh salad. Unlimited cordial juice is provided for children during the party. (Parents may purchase coffee or other drinks from the café separately, or an open tab can be arranged with the party organizers’ approval.)

Host & Service: A dedicated party host will help serve food, manage the schedule, and handle cleanup. Note: The host is there to assist (not an entertainer), which keeps this package budget-friendly.

Tableware: We provide basic, non-themed plates, cups, napkins, and utensils for the party.

Invitations: Complimentary printable party invitation template for you to invite your guests.

Birthday Child Bonus: A free return play voucher for the birthday child’s next visit (valid for two months).

Room Decoration (£35): Enhance your party with a themed decoration package. We offer many themes to choose from (such as K-pop, Demon Hunter, Dinosaur, Forest, Unicorn, Animal, and more). This add-on includes a themed backdrop, balloons, and tableware for 10 children (10 large plates, 10 small plates, 10 cups, 10 napkins) in your chosen theme. If you have more than 10 children, you can purchase extra themed plate/cup/napkin sets for £1 per set. Bonus: You can take all the decorations home after the party!

Themed Host/Entertainer (Additional Cost): Looking for extra entertainment? We can arrange a themed party host or entertainer (subject to availability) at an additional cost. You can request this during booking. Prices vary depending on the entertainer. We will provide options that meet your requirements. All our outsourced hosts/entertainers are professional and have years of experience.

Birthday Cake: Not included in the package (many parents prefer to bring their own custom cake). If you’d like, we can connect you with our partner cake shops to design a custom birthday cake — all made to order based on your requests. Whether you bring your own cake or order through us, our staff will happily present it with a birthday song and handle cutting and serving upon request.
