Do I need to book a play session?

Weekday booking is usually not necessary, as this is normally our quieter time.

However, during weekends and school holidays, we strongly recommend booking your play session online in advance to secure your space and avoid disappointment.
How long is a play session?

Each play session is 2 hours.Time limits are enforced ALL the time.
How much does it cost?

Weekdays (term time): from £8.95Weekends & school holidays: from £9.95, One adult is included free with each paying child

Do adults need to pay?

One adult is free per child.Additional adults are £2 each.
Do children need to wear socks?

YES, grip socks are essential.You can bring your own or purchase them at reception for £1.50.๐
Do adult need to wear socks?

Yes, adults must wear at least normal socks. Bare feet are not permitted in the play area.

How do I book a birthday party?

You can book by:Visiting us in person (recommended);Calling us or Emailing us

Yes — we highly recommend visiting us so we can show you the party rooms and explain the packages.
What party rooms do you have?

We offer three themed rooms:Oak House (Small) – 8–12 children. Rainbow Boat (Medium) – 13–20 children and Space Room (Large) – 21–30 children
How much do parties cost?

Monday–Thursday: £14.50 per child Friday–Sunday & school holidays: £16.50 per child
Can I bring my own birthday cake?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own cake.
Can I bring my own food?

During normal parties: food is provided by us.During exclusive hire: you may bring your own foods

Desserts are not included as standard but may be available as an add-on.
Can parents attend?

Yes, parents are welcome.One adult per child is included, and additional adults we charge £2 per person

Private hire gives you exclusive use of the entire venue for your event.

Typically outside normal opening hours.
How many people can attend?

Up to 150 guests.

Yes, you can bring your own food for both children and adults.

No, outside food and drinks are not permitted during normal play sessions.

Is there parking available?
We do not have our own car park, but,there is plenty of free street parking nearby. Two car parks are available on Church Road

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the ground floor is wheelchair accessible, including seating and toilet facilities.Please note there is no lift to upper floors.
