Birthday Party Package
Birthday parties at Party & Play are designed to keep things simple and enjoyable — play first, then celebrate in your own private party room.
Parties run for a total of 2 hours, with approximately 1 hour 20 minutes of play, followed by 40 minutes in your party room for food and birthday cake.
Please ensure your party finishes within the booked time so our team has enough time to clear and prepare the room for the next celebration.
Children’s Food & Drinks
Our standard birthday party package includes one meal per child.
Each child can choose one of the following:

Mini pizza
All meals are served with chips and a side of fruit slices.
Children will also receive unlimited cordial during the party.
Parents and other adult guests are welcome to purchase coffee, soft drinks and other refreshments separately from our café. An open tab can also be arranged with the agreement of the party organiser.
Party Support & Room Preparation
Our team will be available to help make your party run smoothly.
We can assist with welcoming your guests, preparing the party room with our standard setup, coordinating the timing of the party and helping with general party service.
If you have booked one of our additional room decoration packages, our team will also prepare the booked decorations in the party room before your celebration.
Please note that our team members are there to assist with party coordination and service only. This is not an entertainer-led party package, and staff are not allocated to provide continuous entertainment or individual table service.
Children’s meals will be prepared and delivered to your party room at the arranged time for you and your guests to enjoy.
We provide basic, non-themed party tableware, including plates, cups, napkins and utensils.

To make organising your celebration easier, we provide a free printable birthday invitation template for you to share with your guests.
Birthday Child Treat
The birthday child will receive a free return play voucher to use on a future visit.
The voucher is valid for 2 months from the date of the party.

Make your celebration even more special with our Exclusive Hire Package, offering you and your guests private use of the entire venue (up to 155 guests)
This package gives your party exclusive access to the full space, meaning all play areas and facilities will be reserved solely for you and your guests for the duration of your booking. Your session will not be shared with any other customers, allowing you to enjoy a more relaxed, private and personalised party experience.
